​A large retail bank is looking to hire an Engineering Manager into retail banking team.

Leading at least one team, you will oversee the definition of the technical strategy and advise on product roadmaps and migration plans to achieve strategic goals.

We are seeking individuals who have led teams before whilst working as part of a larger software engineering team and where you have had to influence across these teams too, helping to instill best practice. Coming from a strong Java engineering background will be needed. Experience working in a retail bank will be particularly beneficial.
