Procurement Transformation Consultant
£550-£600 (Inside IR35)
Procurement Transformation Consultant London Contract - 6 Months (inside IR35) Key responsibilities: • Help to shape the procurement strategy as part of the wider business transformation programme. • Working with the Team to ensure a robust change framework is developed and managed. • Reporting to the Exec as well as providing quarterly updates. • Support the senior stakeholders and the Head of Procurement in discharging their responsibilities around the transformation programmes. • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders. • Ensure all risks and issues are identified and handled accordingly. Key skills & experience required: Must have a proven track record of delivering transformation programmes globally while looking at all things procurement. Help structure the overall procurement roadmap through 2021 and assure the efficiency delivery • Experience of working in Oil & Gas or Retail would be desirable. • A strong understanding of Agile is desirable. • Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically achieving outcomes. • A clear communicator with a strong leadership presence and the ability to present to executive audiences.
Procurement Business Partner (Manager)
£31-£57,000 base, plus a strong bonus and benefits

The energy sector is continually evolving, and this programme of work is a multi-year piece that will expose you to everyone from geologists to senior executives, excavation specialists, and modern-day technologists to build a state of the art energy facility. You and your team will be exposed to a range of interesting and unique challenges. Responsibilities will include - Manage a diverse range of end-to-end procurement projects from across all categories in order to maximise value for money, in accordance with the group's procurement policy Influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders up to Director level, including acting as a business partner to a defined directorate, working as a critical friend to help them solve problems and realise opportunities Develop a pipeline of procurement work through proactive category analysis and business partnering with key customers Apply commercial intelligence to find opportunities and solve problems for the business Develop and analyse procurement management information to improve business intelligence and inform commercial decisions. This will involve managing procurement systems provide key performance information on a regular basis Collaborate with colleagues across Business Services Collaborate with colleagues across Business Services authorise financial requests including Purchase Orders and new suppliers. Facilitate the tender evaluation process including undertaking financial checks, evaluation of total cost of ownership and moderating evaluation panels to ensure compliance You will also support contract management activities to ensure supplier performance is effectively managed and continuous improvement principles are embedded and monitored against key KPI’s. This is a great role which will also see you manage, coach and support other members of the team including Procurement Specialists, Analysts and Administrators.
£38,000 - £68,000 + Bonus
We have been tasked to secure a Contracts Manager for an exciting 15-year project, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of framework management and/or contract management including high-value complex contracts as well as building and maintaining the relationships necessary to deliver successful outcomes. Experience in using different forms of contract. In particular, this will include the NEC suite of contracts (notably Professional Services), Model Services Contract (used by Crown Commercial Services, amongst others. Experience in managing contracts in any following areas of spend, civils related services, consultancy/professional services, Research, Facilities Management, IT, back-office services. Ideally a good working knowledge of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, in particular with regard to contract variations/modifications. An excellent and succinct communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage dispute resolution including using formal contractual procedures. Ability to consolidate large volumes of data from various sources and undertake detailed analysis to generate reports on framework/contract performance, draw conclusions and make recommendations. A global bank are currently seeking an Audit Manager to focus on Conduct and Compliance issues, primarily related to their Markets business Audit Managers are responsible for the execution and delivery of audit engagements, working within audit teams on the continuous monitoring and scoping, planning and delivery of audit engagements, occasionally acting as audit lead Applicants will ideally be professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA or CIA) with internal audit experience of conducting regulatory compliance and conduct related audits, e.g. Market Conduct, FX Remediation, Transaction Reporting, Volcker, CASS, LIBOR, Trade Surveillance etc. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge and understanding of conduct risks and potential conflicts of interest arising in wholesale banking and securities businesses.
