Plumbing Engineer / Vanpack Drainage Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Engineer / Vanpack Drainage Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-quality drainage and plumbing services across Kent and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone experienced in reactive drainage work, confident operating van-mounted jetting units, and comfortable working independently in domestic and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend reactive and planned drainage jobs across the region

• Operate van-mounted jetting equipment to clear blockages

• Diagnose drainage issues and provide effective solutions on-site

• Carry out minor plumbing works where required

• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company on-site

• Complete job reports and maintain accurate paperwork

• Ensure van stock, tools, and equipment are maintained to a high standard

• Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer, Vanpack Engineer, or Plumbing/Drainage Technician

• Confident using van-mounted jetting units

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours or weekend work (depending on job requirements)
