​Job Title: Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst

Location: Dublin (local candidates only)

Contract Length: 6 months (Fixed-Term Contract)

Hybrid Working: 2–3 days per week onsite (client requirement)

We are supporting a transformation programme for a Tier 1 bank. As part of this, we’re looking to onboard 2–3 Product Owners / Senior Business Analysts based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

• Own the product backlog for your assigned business function.

• Prioritise features in line with business and modernisation goals.

• Work closely with business and operations teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.

Business Analysis

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders.

• Analyse legacy systems and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.

• Support PI planning and collaborate with architects on functional/technical alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with cross-functional teams including product, ops, architecture, development, data, and QA.

• Run workshops, demos, and gather user feedback.
