Paritas is working with a large, global consultancy client who is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team in Geneva.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct onsite Endur support to business users, handling daily queries and resolving production issues.

  • Independently own and manage support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Endur issues, including trade lifecycle, settlements, risk reporting, and system performance.

  • Liaise with traders, risk managers, and back-office teams to understand their needs and provide technical and functional solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Analyse recurring issues and work on proactive improvements to reduce future incidents.

  • Perform system monitoring, health checks, and incident management for the Endur environment.

  • Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base to enhance future support efficiency.

  • Provide training and guidance to users on Endur functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience working on Endur. Added advantage if there is relevant experience in an Endur application maintenance or production support role.

  • Strong understanding of Endur modules, including trading, risk, settlements, and reporting.

  • Ability to independently manage support requests, prioritize tasks, and work without direct supervision.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Familiarity with SQL queries and Endur data structures for debugging and issue analysis.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support front office, risk, and operations teams.

  • Experience working in a high-pressure trading environment with tight SLAs.

  • Prior exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes in ITIL-based environments is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to crude and products.

  • Knowledge of scripting or automation for support efficiency.

  • Exposure to commodity or energy trading environments.
