​We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Engineering to join a global business and to be their UK Head. This is a unique opportunity as it is building out an engineering team from scratch and as such, you will be responsible for growing a hybrid engineering capability (internal, contract, third‑party), managing capacity, development and performance.

You will also own engineering governance, standards and ways of working, drive delivery whilst championing innovate and modern engineering (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud‑native), aligning closely with Product, Data and Operations.
