Paritas is working with a leading IT Consultancy & large Oil & Gas player who are looking for a Blue Yonder Specialist to join their team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Expertise:

  Leverage at least 5+ years of retail experience to provide insights and best practices for client retail operations.

• Blue Yonder Solutions:

  Apply working knowledge of Blue Yonder products (e.g., CKB, ESO) to optimize processes and ensure effective solution deployment (5+ years).

• Stakeholder Management:

  Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle—from development to delivery—ensuring alignment and timely execution.

• Expectation & Escalation Management:

  Act as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and resolving escalations across all levels.

• Commercial Awareness:

  Understand product commercials and cost structures; accurately estimate new efforts, monitor ongoing project costs, and ensure financial control.

• Demand Forecasting:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand effectively, supporting strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of retail industry experience.

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder solutions (CKB, ESO preferred) (5+ years).

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and project financials.

• Familiarity with demand forecasting and planning processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
