Paritas is working with a rapidly growing Technology client focused on Trading & Optimisation of Energy Storage & Renewable Assets.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will support project delivery and help coordinate day to day execution for a global team. You’ll report to the Global TPM and partner closely with Product Managers and Technical Leads to ensure projects are well scoped, prioritised, and delivered to quality expectations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working independently while coordinating with the Global TPM to ensure alignment on delivery frameworks, proactively share project-level updates, and keep project tracking (e.g. JIRA) consistently up to date to maintain visibility across time zones. Bring forward solutions or recommendations to improve execution and delivery practices.

  • Ensure projects are effectively planned, tracked, and executed in a low-friction manner

  • Maintain alignment between Product and Tech teams to achieve successful product outcomes.

  • Provide senior leadership with clear project visibility through structured reporting.

  • Work with tech managers to ensure sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and progress tracking are in place across Tech teams.

  • Increase adoption of tooling to ensure accurate and transparent project tracking.

  • Proactively identify risks and define action plans with Tech managers to keep projects on track.

  • Work closely with Product to ensure that they define clear, actionable, and well-prioritised PRDs.

  • Ensure that solution designs outline technical approach, align with business objectives, and minimise risk.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Energy or Renewable Experience is essential

  • Expertise with IT project and workflow management tools, in particular effectively utilising JIRA.

  • Proficient in both traditional and agile delivery approaches, with hands-on experience in upfront planning as well as agile frameworks like SCRUM and Kanban.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on project performance.

  • Experience leading technical project management in a global, multi-region organization.

  • Experience maturing existing project management practices and educating managers.

  • Experience expertly managing stakeholders and balancing the needs of Product, Tech, and senior leadership.
