Paritas is working with a leading Advisory client who are undertaking a large internal transformation project.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a Digital Programme, coordinating multiple complex workstreams across business and technology. The role will be responsible for end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and high-quality outcomes delivered on time and within budget.
This role requires a confident delivery leader with the ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and maintain momentum across a large, multi-stream digital programme.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery & Execution
Manage end-to-end delivery of the C1 Digital Programme, ensuring alignment and coordination across multiple workstreams
Own and maintain integrated programme plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure delivery against agreed timelines
Coordinate interdependencies across workstreams to avoid delivery risks and bottlenecks
Planning, Resources & Budget
Coordinate programme-level planning, resource allocation, and capacity across delivery teams
Track programme budgets, forecasts, and spend, ensuring financial controls are maintained
Support prioritisation decisions to balance scope, cost, and timelines
Governance, Reporting & Risk
Implement and maintain programme governance and reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and issues
Produce high-quality programme reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to maintain delivery momentum
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage stakeholders across business and technology to drive timely decisions and resolve delivery issues
Act as a central point of coordination between delivery teams, vendors, and senior sponsors
Facilitate programme forums, steering groups, and key decision-making sessions
Quality & Standards
Ensure delivery quality by enforcing agreed standards, controls, and best practices across all programme streams
Work with delivery leads to ensure outcomes meet business objectives and agreed success criteria
Promote continuous improvement in programme delivery practices
Experience & Capabilities
Essential
Proven experience leading complex digital programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong background in programme planning, dependency management, and integrated delivery
Demonstrated experience implementing governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technology functions
Track record of delivering programmes to time, budget, and quality expectations
Desirable
Experience delivering large-scale transformation or enterprise digital programmes
Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments
Familiarity with hybrid delivery models involving internal teams and third-party vendors
