We are working on a program for theTier 1 bank, supporting a transformation of bank’s Agency & Trust Services.

Product Owner / Senior BA

1. Product Ownership

• Closely work with the business & operations team throughout the modernization program and help in prioritizing key features aligned to business functions and modernization goals.

• Well versed with Agile methodology. Will require to own the product backlog of the function they’ll own.

2. Business Analysis & Requirements Management (Key Skills)

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Analyze existing legacy systems, processes, and data models in the existing application.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for modernization features.

• Collaborate with architects to ensure business requirements align with the technical solutions as designed by the functional and technical architects.

• Conduct gap analyses between current state and target state functionality.

• Participate in PI planning process.

3. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Would need to work closely with Agency & Trust business (product) and operations teams

• Technology teams (architecture, development, testing, data)

• Facilitate workshops, demos, and user feedback sessions
