Senior Business Development Manager – IT Global Capability Centres (GCCs)
Location:Multiple Locations in Europe + UK - HYBRID WORKING MODEL

We are partnering with a global leader in IT services to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) or shared services solutions.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for GCCs — from opportunity identification through to deal closure. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions and engage directly with C-level stakeholders across industries and regions to understand and deliver on their GCC needs.
What you will do ...
Develop and execute business and sales plans aligned with organisational goals
Drive market development and customer prospecting initiatives
Identify, qualify, and pursue GCC opportunities across geographies
Lead proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalisation
What i need from you ...
Extensive experience in IT services sales, specifically in GCCs or shared services
Strong track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
In-depth understanding of GCC setup, operations, and governance models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Knowledge & Skills to succeed:
Strong commercial acumen and business case development (IRR, NPV, ROCE, etc.)
Familiarity with outsourcing models, cost/revenue drivers, and contract structures
Consultative selling, structured communication, and stakeholder influencing
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
High-level presentation skills and the ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments
